Tutoring

I tutor students aged 5 to 18 in Maths, Science and Spanish in and around Hounslow, Osterley, Chiswick, Isleworth, Feltham, Brentford, Twickenham, Ealing and Southall. I’m also happy to tutor students online. I have a degree in Biomedical Science from Imperial College London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (a teacher training qualification) from the University of Warwick.

You can get in touch with me about tuition enquiries here.

If you’re a teacher or a parent looking for teaching and home-schooling resources, you can explore some of my free and paid reaching resources here.

I’ll say this about being an educator: there are things you never forget.

I’ll never forget the students that erupted into spontaneous applause when a student with special needs shared her answer to a difficult question.

I’ll never forget the bright eight-year-old who was always mindful of how he responded to questions, just so as not to make his classmates feel lesser than.

I’ll never forget the students who came to their lessons withdrawn and exhausted after a day at school and ended up enthused and excited by what they had learnt.

As I’m fortunate enough to be reminded every day, there’s no job that’s quite like working with children. There’s also no two young people who are the same. Every single child I’ve met over the course of my career has had unique gifts. Much of my job as a tutor involves identifying and developing their capabilities. It makes my workday deeply fulfilling and exciting.
